I'm Doctor of Philosophy in System Analysis, Management and Information Processing, with solid background in system management, management and decision making process, coupled with my academic education degrees in the Information Technologies and Intelligent Systems master program at St.Petersburg State Polytechnical University, which provided me with a lot of knowledge in Computer Science specially in the field of System analysis and information technology.
